Bromer Energy – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
Bromer Energy Ltd is a renewable energy and electrical contractor based in Liverpool, England. We specialise in Solar PV installations, Battery Storage systems, EV Charging installations and Electrical Services for domestic and commercial customers.

2. Quotations
All quotations provided by Bromer Energy are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey and may be subject to amendment where:
• Additional works are required
• Existing electrical systems are found to be unsuitable
• Structural or roofing issues are identified
• DNO requirements change
• Customer requested specification changes occur

Estimated energy generation figures are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required prior to works commencing.

Payment schedules will be detailed within the quotation or contract documentation.

Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bromer Energy reserves the right to suspend works or withhold commissioning documentation where outstanding balances remain unpaid.

Ownership of goods and materials remains with Bromer Energy until payment has been received in full.

4. Installation Works
Installation dates are estimates only.

Whilst Bromer Energy will make every effort to complete works within agreed timescales, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Supplier or manufacturer delays
• Scaffold availability
• DNO approvals
• Site access restrictions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

5. Roofing and Property Condition
Solar installations involve works to existing roof structures.

Whilst reasonable care will always be taken, Bromer Energy cannot be held responsible for pre-existing roof defects, structural weaknesses or hidden issues that were not reasonably identifiable during survey.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Workmanship guarantees apply only to works directly completed by Bromer Energy.

Insurance backed guarantees may be provided where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability
Bromer Energy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise required by law.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
